As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a face-to-face retail setting to drive sales, foster brand loyalty, and acquire new customers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service while effectively promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and achieve sales targets, consistently delivering a high level of sales performance.

New Customer Acquisition: Proactively approach potential customers, create interest in our brand, and convert leads into loyal customers, expanding the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing customers, providing personalized assistance and promoting customer retention through follow-ups and after-sales support.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products, conveying this information effectively to customers to drive sales and meet customer needs.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Assist in maintaining an attractive retail environment, ensuring proper product placement and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product feedback, providing regular reports to the management team.

Compensation is broken down into an hourly rate, paid weekly, with opportunity for additional commission as well as bonuses. The range ( 40-50k) is based on average yearly earnings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel
